• Up to $6,500 Basic Salary

• Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to IT infrastructure systems of the company
• Complete tasks & projects independently
• Work with project teams & 3rd party partners to install, maintain & upgrade systems deployed as a part of the IT Infrastructure.
• Respond to incidents escalated to 3rd level support where 2nd level & IT Operations unable to manage
• Responsible to perform service reviews regularly to identify potential issues & areas for improvements in the underlying infrastructure related to the infrastructure services.
• Providing operational support within the infrastructure environment, primarily in Microsoft Active Directory.
• Manage & monitor the health & status of all servers, including operating systems updates, patch management, and over security.

Requirement:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience within IT Infrastructure
• Experience managing Active Directory, ADFS, Security solutions for Active Directory & AD migrations
• Experience in Virtualization (Hyper-V), PowerShell or VBS will be advantage
• Experience or knowledge in ITIL standards or processes will be advantage
