Responsibilities:

• Support QA Manager in managing company QMS improvement initiative across all departments and functions to ensure full compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.
• Conduct specification review, CSR and gap analysis.
• Review daily production batches release activities.
• Drive Cpk improvement, conduct monthly review of MRB and freeze inventory.
• Manage IATF Core Tools (PPAP, APQP) documentation and reports.
• Issue, review and verify CAPA for external and internal quality related issues (Raw Material, Finished Product, Shipment & Logistics issues).
• Generate, review and update quality related Procedures / Instructions.
• Participate in Management Review and report in monthly quality meetings.
• Participate in FMEA and Control Plan revision.
• Support QA Manager in handling customer complaint & investigation.
• Support QA Manager during plant audits (external audit, internal audit, customer audit and supplier audit)
• Perform any other delegated work assigned by QA Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quality Engineering , Chemistry , Chemical or Science or any equivalent discipline.
• Min 3 to 5 years working experience in Quality Assurance department, in petrochemical industry preferred
• Knowledge in SAP will be a plus point.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or similar quality systems and experience in facing audits.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, good communication skill, hands on and willingness to take up challenge.
