• Responsible for the public communications strategies to raise the organisation's brand profile and equity
• Manage public relationships through various communication channels and platforms, i.e. website, digital, social and traditional media, campaigns and events.
• Manage and execute the organisation's publicity campaigns and outreach events; build relationships and regular engagement with journalists, media partners, and sponsors; writing media briefings, press releases, etc.
• Preparation of Annual Report, newsletters, brochures / catalogues, electronic direct marketing and social media content.
• Ensure that the organisation's:
• Keeps up its visibility with all stakeholders, and maintains cordial relations with our partners, collaborators and relevant government agencies via various communication platforms
• Supports the organisation's objectives for fund-raising, outreach and services to the community.
• Maintains personal data (e.g. public members, volunteers, sponsors, caregivers) obtained from public engagement platforms i.e. website, events, campaigns
• Undertake any other duties as directed by the said reporting officer

Qualifications

• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or Public Relations preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Creative, insightful, anticipates needs and takes initiative
• Proactive in planning and implementation, able to multi-task, independent problem solver, meticulous with good time-management
• Able to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Excellent communicator, strong written and spoken English. Bilingualism, and an eye for design is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office, web, digital and social media. and various graphic design or video editing software
