Job Description:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage clients projects, focusing on digital communication campaigns.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with Trade Marketing Managers to define, build, and implement digital marketing and communication strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and designers to develop strategic visions, marketing strategies, and proposals.
• Budget & Timeline Planning: Develop project budgets, establish timelines, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Content Calendar Management: Create and manage marketing materials, social media posts, KOLs & media collaborations, and video production calendars to ensure timely completion.
• Partnership Development: Research and engage potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
• Budget Monitoring: Monitor project budgets, cost ratios, and ROI to ensure optimal performance.
• Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate campaign results across all channels on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or project management (experience working with KOLs, media platforms, and production houses preferred).
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing environments, channels, and materials.
• Project Planning: Experience in end-to-end project management, including budgeting, execution, and KPI measurement.
• Creative Mindset: Passionate about storytelling, brand-building, and developing creative marketing concepts.
• Social Media Proficiency: Skilled in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) including content creation, boosting, and digital advertising.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and other relevant tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
• Equipment: Must have a personal laptop.
