Hiring: HR Admin Assistant (Contract) (Central Area)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (On-site)
About the Role:
Were looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time contract role (not part-time) ideal for an organized multitasker who thrives in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily:
- Provide administrative support (data entry, filing, document prep, scheduling).
- Monitor and respond to customer emails promptly.
Weekly: - Prepare basic reports and update internal records.
As Needed: - Handle incoming calls and liaise with internal teams.
What Were Looking For:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & online tools (e.g., Google Workspace, basic CRM).
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in admin/customer support
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to commit to full-time hours.
