Responsibilities:

• Network & Server Support for Singapore & Thailand.
• Maintain network servers and associated hardware, software, services, and settings working with Vendor
• Recommend, test, and implement system and security upgrades
• Consistently monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance
• Create, adjust, and maintain network user settings and permissions
• Write technical support documentation for server/network systems and applications

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or relevant field.
• MCP, MCSE and MCITP; Networking qualifications or equivalent eg CCNP will be added advantage.
• Windows Server, Virtual Machine knowledge
• Excellent business continuity and disaster recovery methodologies and practice
• Firewall, Web filtering Knowledge
• Working Knowledge/awareness of Active Directory, VPN, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• End Point Management tools knowledge.
