Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers into the shop
• Performing cleaning duties at the start and end of shifts
• Assist to manage day-to-day operations of the shop
• Work with the Team to provide customers service to clients
• General housekeeping, administrative tasks and basic reporting
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements :

• Diploma in Retail or any related discipline

• Passionate about retail and luxury product
• At least 2 to 3 years sales experience in Gem and Jewellery industry / luxury brands
• Committed, punctual, and have a can-do spirit
• Able to provide good customer service, polite and have a positive attitude
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
