Location: North
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation, issuance of invoices credit notes, and refunds
• Monitor and ensure healthy AR ageing report of assigned accounts
• Follow up with collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Investigate and resolve customers inquiries, including resolving, collection and payments discrepancies
• Undertake accounts reconciliation of receipts
• Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function
• Assist in annual audits
• Review of customer aging
• To follow up with sales team & customer on the payment settlement of invoices
• Review of new customer application
• Attend weekly sales meeting to discuss on the outstanding invoices with sales team
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant field
