Junior Secretary

 Job Description:

Location: Raffles Place

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting venues
  • Organize events (i.e. coordinate with caterer, RSVP with guests, AOM)
  • Coordinate on festive seasons gifts and deliveries
  • Book meeting rooms, set up video conference/conference calls
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
  • Make and confirm travel arrangements (i.e. booking of flight tickets, hotel and logistics)
  • Maintain confidential files/records
  • Coordinate with drivers for assignments
  • Assist executives with project tasks
  • Other duties as deemed appropriate for Junior Secretary

Skills and requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree from a recognized tertiary institution
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Meticulous and flexibility to work outside regular hours for events and meetings
  • Proficient in MS Office
