Job Description:
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Social Work or equivalent, preferably with 1-2 years experience in a hospital environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SAP and/or EPIC.
Job Summary:
- Perform bed management and allocation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external referral sources to right-site patients in an expedient manner.
- Provide administrative support for Inpatient referral screening process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Attend to enquiries regarding Inpatient referrals and Hospital admissions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to processing of Inpatient referrals.
- Liaise and coordinate replies with Inpatient referral sources on outcomes of screening.
- Submit bed statistics to the respective stakeholders daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Schedule:
- Monday Thursday: 0830 to 1745hrs
- Friday : 0830 to 1730hrs
- Saturday: 0830 to 1230hrs (once per month)
