Responsibilities:

-Report to the Finance Manager, handle full set of accounts (AR/AP/GL/IC)

-Involved in incentive compensation, receipts, payment and reconciliations

-Handle all statutory filing, standard, IRAS, ACRA, MAS etc

-To prepare timely and accurate monthly, yearly report and schedules for tax agent, auditor and management

-Responsible for quarterly GST reporting, inventory control, job costing, stock reconciliation and stock taking

-To liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents and government agency

-Liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities and prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and related information for management

-To safeguard of company and groups assets

Requirements

- ACCA, Degree, Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or any related discipline

- Min 3 to 5 years of full set of accounts experience and from retail industry

- Candidate from FMCG, manufacturing or construction industry preferred

- ERP software Microsoft Dynamics plus point

- Independent applicant who is able to hands on, detailed and willing to commit

- Able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines to complete tasks diligently
