• Compliance
• Understand and update legal regulations in safety health and environment and instruct for contractor understand and follow
• Ensure compliance internal requirement in SSHE part during project time
• Safety:
• Implement, maintain and safety procedure to ensure safety for people
• Conduct induction training and refreshment training, specific training for project staff and contractor staff
• Conduct tool box talks weekly with contractors and instruct for them
• Conduct GEMBA walk to ensure all control measures of Safety, Health and Environment is implemented effectively
• Give leadership coaching to other function staffs, contractor people
• Educate and coach people in project, contractor staffs to report safety incident properly
• Inspection heavy equipment of beginning time and periodic: Heavy equipments (crane, bun dozer, concrete machine, pilling machine.), maintained records
• Mange high hazards task to ensure comply with company standards ( Lifting work, hot work, excavator, working at height, confined space, electric work..)
• Review Methods statement and risk assessment and advise safety instruction for contractors
• Conduct Emergency drill ( Fire, explosion, Ammonia leaking)
• Inspection other equipment related to safety ( harness, Tripod.)
• Check people documents and issue ID card for contractors
• Machinery safety: Zero access, Lock out and tag out, Safe way of intervention in machine
• Ensure 5S onsite
• • 2. Health & environment
• Supervise & cross check the implementation of control measures on health hazards defined in risk assessment
• Maintain 5S onsite
  • 3. Security:
• Understand security plan and execute
• Manage security team
• Train and coach contractor staffs to comply with site requirements in security
• Ensure security process effective:
  • Control vehicle in-out
  • Property in-out
  • People in-out
  • Ensure information protection
  • Patrol, supervision
  • Emergency case
  • Access control system

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

- University Degree with major in health and safety or technical major

- 5 years of experience at the same position in manufacturing companies

- English ability: good (speaking, reading and writing)

- Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, power automate , power BI etc.

- Functional/Professional/Technical Competencies; risk management, incident investigation; safety, health and environment training; functional knowledge: Lifting, MHE, hot work, working at height, confined space , coffee process, Scaffolding, Frezz technology, GMP requirement, pilling work

- Good teamwork, problem solving, decision making, safety awareness, industrial psychology, emotional control, passionate on incident free culture;

- Personal Attributes: Leadership-showed, Confidentiality, Dedication, Honest, corporate

- Can work night shift, overtime
