Crewing Officer
Job Description:
- Location: Pasir Panjang
- 5 days work week, 8.30am to 5.00pm (Monday to Thursday); 8.30am to 4.00pm (Friday)
- Salary: up to $4300 + AWS
Responsibilities
- Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties.
- Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crewing staff, including Air Tickets, Visa application, hotel accommodation, etc.
- Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents).
- Assist on all crew issues.
- Perform data entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
- Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team and department.
- Preparation of crews payroll.
- Any other duties as instructed by the Assistant Crewing Manager/Crewing Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Experience: at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the Maritime industry.
- Pleasant personalities mature, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, take initiative and well organized.
- Able to work fast under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
