RESPONSIBILITIES

-Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries

-Performing service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer, CEMS and AQMS.

-Troubleshooting analyzer & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines 

-Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and provide good services support.

-Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems

-Support project team to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for project

-Identifying potential opportunities to get new preventive & maintenance contract

-Provide product training to end user and distributor

REQUIREMENTS

-Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)

-Preferably 3 years working experience or more in the analytical instruments

-Knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzer would be advantageous

-Customer oriented with positive attitude-Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.

-Preferably possess own transport
