Job Description

Responsible for the identification of local purchased parts and supplier quality evaluation; 

Formulate the parts identification process, formulate parts identification schemes and plans; 

Responsible for the formulation and implementation of local parts inspection test standards; 

Responsible for the local incoming material quality and supplier management, and put forward requirements for daily parts production process, quality inspection, etc., to improve the supplier's guarantee ability; 

Responsible for the disposal of defective parts, organize suppliers to solve material-related quality problems, responsibility confirmation, punishment, audit, interview, etc.; 

Responsible for receiving the headquarters' incoming material defect analysis and processing;

Requirement

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, metal materials, organic materials, material forming, etc. is preferred; 

2 years or more of experience in component certification; 

Proficient in Auto CAD and 3D drawing software; 

Good communication skills, independent problem analysis and problem solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit; 

Priority will be given to those who can use Chinese or English as working language
