The Principal plays a vital role in shaping the school's vision, ensuring high-quality education, and driving long-term development. This position provides strategic leadership, fosters a positive school culture, and
strengthens engagement with students, staff, and parents.
I/ Requirements:
Capable of fully developing the school into a high-quality, leading institution in line with the goals and policies set by the school council.
Skilled in planning mid- and long-term development plans for the school and ensuring their full implementation through effective strategies.
Able to lead the team effectively and motivate team members to achieve higher levels of engagement.
Proficient in guiding and educating students to become lifelong learners, focusing on holistic development.
Effective in fostering positive interactions with parents, turning them into educational partners.
Capable of building strong relationships with external agencies to support the school's development.
Committed to establishing a positive school culture and nurturing good relationships within the community.
II/ Conditions:
2.1. Educational Background & Certifications:
Minimum requirement: A Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, School Administration, or a related field. A Doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Education is preferred.
Professional certifications:
o Principal and School Leadership Certification.
o International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge, or other global education program training is
a plus.
o Certificates in educational technology, innovation, or digital transformation in education.
2.2. Professional Experience
Minimum of 15 years of experience in education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g.,
Principal, Vice Principal, Director of Academics).
Proven experience in strategic planning, curriculum development, and academic innovation.
Strong track record in leading high-performing schools, particularly in international or bilingual
environments.
Experience in managing change and implementing global education standards.
