Job Description:
Job title: SHE Manager
Report to: HR Department Manager
No. of Subordinate: 3 people (2 Safety staffs and 1Environment staff)
Salary: 65,000 75,000
The SHE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. The role involves risk assessment, incident investigation, training, and fostering a culture of safety across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Gender: Male / Female
- Age: 38-45 years old
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Safety Health and Environment in Manufacturing (Heavy industry is advantage such as Cement, Steel, Sugar, Mining)
- In-depth knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Must have License: Professional safety officer (จป.วิชาชีพ)
- Competency: Investigate for root cause analysis and analytical skills (predictive for preventive would be advantage).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem -solving skills
- Experience in conducting Risk assessment and environment aspect
- Good knowledge in Safety and environmental law.
- Knowledge of ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards,
- Negotiate, Mediate skill and able to working with pressure condition
- Provide solution for solve the problem, preventive would be advantage.
- Strong in Planning, Coordinate, Follow up skills
Responsibilities:
Safety Role
- Plan and review annual safety activities plan
- Review and conformity assessment about safety health and environment law
- Plan and monitor for safety health and environment policy
- Review and implement about safety regulation
- All activities for illness from work.
- Follow and monitor about safety activities
- Review risk assessment for safety on work
- Monitor and control for safety inspection on work
Environment Role
- Provide annual plan for environment activities.
- Review for conformity with environment law
- Monitor for environment assessment activities
- Follow for environment law activities.
