Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Sourcing & Purchasing Manager with expertise in foundry processes, stamping, fabrication,
and supplier management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for costing, RFQ management, supplier negotiation, and
alternate sourcing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement and manufacturing strategies.

What You'll Do:
1. Technical Expertise & Costing:
- In-depth knowledge of casting processes (sand casting, investment casting, shell molding).
- Understanding of stamping and fabrication techniques.
- Manage RFQs, conduct product and process costing, and analyze supplier quotes.
- Lead technical reviews to optimize processes and estimate costs.
- Perform cost analysis to assess financial impacts and identify savings.
2. Supplier Management & Negotiation:
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with project goals.
- Validate supplier costs and negotiate tooling costs.
- Draft and manage supplier agreements, commercial settlements, and onboarding.
- Provide technical support to suppliers to enhance process efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance and mitigate risks through proactive de-risking and alternate sourcing.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management:
- Work closely with domestic and international teams for seamless operations.
- Participate in cross-functional teams (CFTs) to support product development, DFM, and tooling.
- Manage multiple RFQs and projects, ensuring timely execution and prioritization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
