Country Sales Head Vietnam Subsidiary (Grease Manufacturing)

Position Title: Country Sales Head

Location: HCMC/Hanoi

Location: Vietnam

Reports To: Global CEO

Overview:
The Country Head will lead the subsidiary of a global grease manufacturing company, responsible for P&L, strategic growth, market expansion, operations, and customer relations. This senior role requires extensive experience in managing manufacturing, sales, and business development to ensure profitable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the business strategy for the India subsidiary, aligned with global goals
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, enhance customer relationships, and drive sales growth
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local regulations and manage operational risks
  • P&L Management: Oversee financial performance, ensuring revenue growth and cost optimization
  • Operations Management: Supervise manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control to meet business demands
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance

Qualifications:

  • 12-15 years of leadership experience in Oil & Gas industry (preferably in grease)
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, team leadership, and driving growth in emerging markets
  • Strong strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration skills
