Business Development Executive (Healthcare)
Job Description:
We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (HEALTHTECH - ELDERCARE) to join our team and help continue our growth and vision. Not for the faint hearted, this is a multi-faceted and evolving role where you are expected to work in a high pace but fun, exciting and supportive environment and shall be constantly challenged to step out of your comfort zone, pioneer and try new ideas, acquire new skills and dabble in exciting assignments and projects of various natures. Akin to an apprentice, you will support and work closely with our Managing Director to grow our business and social impact, both locally and internationally. In a way, you will have the privilege to be in the front row seat, observing and engaging key stakeholders, strategic partners, investors, customers and prospects. The boundary to what can be learnt is only limited to the passion, skills and potential of the individual. Your duties shall include:
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Support corporate, business, and transformation strategies, including ventures into new frontiers and overseas markets.
- Involve in Pre-sales activities (demos, pitching, workshops)
- Draft business plans, MOUs, and proposals
- Support commercial and bidding activities (RFP, RFI, EOI, etc.)
- Champion strategic projects (e.g. proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, pilots, etc.),
- Conduct market research and industry analysis
- Identify, initiate, and forge partnership with local and overseas partners, vendors and research institutions
- Champion strategic marketing and Media/Public relations events
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Accountancy & Finance, Art & Social Science, IT or related field
- 2-3 years of working experience, have a reasonable understanding of what type of work, environment and purpose may motivate, excite and sustain you
- Prior working experience in startups and/or healthtech, fitness/wellness, eldercare industry will be an added advantage
- Confidence, love meeting people and have good interpersonal skills
- Passion for innovation and digital transformation
- Independent and self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent research, writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with evolving roles and travel
