Position: Regional Finance Planning & Analysis

About the Role:
This role will play a critical part in driving business performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial excellence across the Asia region.

Key Responsibilities: 

Business Partnering

  • Provide financial insights and support to drive performance and achieve strategic and financial objectives.
  • Partner closely with Regional Finance, Management teams, and Country Finance Managers to prepare materials for monthly and quarterly management meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and address key challenges.

Management Reporting

  • Prepare detailed financial reports, including P&L reviews and cost reports for regional headquarters.
  • Generate monthly sales reports by SKU and by country for Asia Corporate Planning.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of actual data, budgets, and forecasts across departments and countries.
  • Support regional cost-saving initiatives and other finance-driven projects.

Project Execution & Support

  • Support finance-related projects, including system upgrades (e.g., SAP), process improvements, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects from a finance perspective on an ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA).
  • 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and business partnering.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools, including AFO, BPC, and Excel financial modeling.
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP, SAP Analysis for Office (AfO), and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC); experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with country teams across the APAC region in a regional headquarters (RHQ) capacity is a strong advantage.
  • Availability for a 3-4 months contract, 5 days week, Suntec (Hybrid)
