Strategy & Business Development Executive / Senior Executive

 Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Strategy and Business Development Executive/Senior Executive to support the identification, development, and execution of innovative growth opportunities in the company businesses. Reporting to the Strategy and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in researching market trends, shaping new business ideas, and helping to bring early-stage initiatives to life. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and passionate about creating the future of smart logistics and mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the identification of market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies in the mobility and supply chain sectors.
  • Contribute to the ideation and development of new business concepts, including research, benchmarking, and proposal preparation.
  • Assist in the design and testing of new business models, using frameworks like Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather insights, align on needs, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Help prepare business cases, presentations, and financial models to support decision-making and internal approvals.
  • Track industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Support the execution and monitoring of pilot projects and innovation initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and innovation activities to drive engagement and idea generation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Innovation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in mobility, supply chain, or technology-driven sectors.
  • Strong interest in mobility, logistics, and supply chain transformation.
  • Familiarity with innovation methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup.
  • Proficient in research, analysis, and presentation preparation.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities.
