Job Title: Associate Technical Consultant
We are hiring an Associate Technical Consultant for a client seeking a passionate and technically skilled individual to support pre-sales and solution delivery activities. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored IT solutions across cloud, security, and infrastructure domains.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to gather and understand both business and technical requirements.

Apply technical expertise to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver customized IT solutions.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and prepare technical proposals.

Coordinate with internal teams and partners for solution implementation and delivery.

Guide and support the technical team during troubleshooting or solution validation.

Work closely with principals and third parties for technical proposal delivery.

Contribute to meeting technical gross profit (GP) targets and team objectives.
Pre-Sales & Solution Delivery

Understand end-to-end system architecture, including private cloud, endpoint security, and cloud technologies.

Provide technical leadership during requirement discovery, solution design, and proposal preparation.

Develop solution documentation, bill of materials (BOM), and present to stakeholders.

Lead proof-of-concept sessions and demos to validate solutions.

Collaborate with internal sales teams to clarify technical requirements and align deliverables.

Technical Competencies

Hands-on experience in consulting or IT solution implementation (minimum 4 years).

Knowledge in IT compliance, scalable infrastructure, and solution frameworks.

Experience in data center infrastructure, servers, storage, and networking.

Proficient in Citrix, Broadcom, Microsoft 365, and ManageEngine solutions.

Familiar with data protection strategies, backup, and disaster recovery.

Understanding of endpoint security solutions, including Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR).

Exposure to public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure); Linux knowledge is a plus.

Relevant certifications (Citrix, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Veeam) are an advantage.
Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
