Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Compile customers forecast and upload into SAP MRP system
• Responsible and manage for Licensees' sales orders, forecasts and shipments to meet sales budget.
• Load customer's SO into SAP MRP system.
• Develop materials plan to fulfil customers' orders.
• Monitor and expedite delivery of ingredients to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted supply with regards to production need.
• Ensure production builds as per schedule.
• Identify and manage near-expiry raw ingredients and packaging materials.
• Manage & control inventory level to meet organization goals.
• Responsible and measure forecast accuracy with assigned Customers.
• Attend to customers' enquiries/feedback with appropriate resolutions.
• Compile monthly report.
• Attend to customers' enquiries/feedback with appropriate resolutions.
• Administer document control for audit trail.
• Participate in stock count.
• Support initiatives on lean operation planning project
