HR Business Partner (Central/MNC)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic HR solutions and advice to internal customers in areas such as staffing, employee relations, engagement, and talent management.
  • Involves in reviewing and aligning HR policies and processes with the organizational goals.
  • Partner with Business Unit, functional managers and staffs to enhance individual and team performance and support business objectives
  • Work closely with the HR team to develop, refine, and implement HR strategies and processes for the operations
  • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Regional HR teams to execute HR initiatives effectively.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and people strategy
  • Strong ability to drive solutions with a strategic mindset while maintaining a hands-on approach
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Employment Act and solid experience in generalist HR functions
  • Excellent relationship building skills and experience consulting with senior business leaders
  • Positive, adaptable and collaborative approach to work with effective people management skills
