Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + VB + Quarterly Bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Assist QHSE Manager in day to day operation
• Maintain proper documentation related to QHSE
• Take the lead on QHSE matters, inspection and meetings
• Perform internal and external QHSE audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Identify potential risks, propose root causes analysis and preventive actions
• Provide safety awareness training to staff
• Maintain HSE documentation on shared drive
• Continuous improvement on safety issues
• Interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback
• Participant in audits for various QHSE standards: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the quality systems across hubs

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics Management or Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
• 2 - 3 years in handling QHSE matters
• Positive team player
• Able to work under pressure and hands-on personality
• Independent, positive mind-set with flexibility
• Travel between sites locally
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
