Customer Service Executive
Job Description:
Industry: Logistics
Working hours: 5 day week
Location: Bishan
- Provide support to sales department
- Co-ordinate between customers and transporters, warehouse etc
- Preparation of documents for Import / Export/Transhipments/D/O release
- Verifying for all costs
- Attend to enquiry on rates, shipment tracking, etc
- Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" Levels / Nitec holder, with relevant experience in handling shipping documents for eg. Import / Export/ Transshipments/ D/O release etc.
- Good understanding of shipping Incoterms 2010
- Proficient in MS Office
