Roles:

• Conduct internal tests like drop test, stability test, impact test, UKFR burnt test, rubbing test for colourfastness, etc. on products/packaging that are confirmed to live up to a specified standard, whenever specified.
• Supervise inspection of products and preparing of reports
• Proactively identify potential areas for improvement at the factory and report back to the QA Engineer.
• Routinely engage suppliers in discussions of the findings during the inspections after the inspection is complete.
• Supervising QC Team to prepare monthly report to analyse defects and recommend supplier improvements.
• Ensure that all technical documents, approved samples and swatches are available during final inspection.

Requirement:

• At least 10 years of product quality inspection experience in home furniture
• Possess knowledge in home furniture construction, design and stability
• Have good experience in factory and process audit
• Expert technical knowledge of furniture, process and methods
• Qarma system
• Basic Microsoft office-Word, Excel and PowerPoint
