Field Sales Manager (New Business Development - B2B)

My client, an Indian company, has consistently been a leader in providing innovative solutions through color concentrates and engineered materials.

Job Responsibilities:

New Business Development:
Identify and acquire new B2B customers, particularly in the injection molding sector.
Target Industries Include Automotive, Infrastructure, Electrical, telecommunications, and consumer goods.


Lead Generation:

Utilize networking, cold calling, and industry events to generate and qualify leads.

Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with potential clients, assess their needs, and present tailored engineering compound solutions.

Sales Management:
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and after-sales support.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales and understanding of engineering compounds or related products

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in Engineering Polymer compounds, Injection Moulding Machine Manufacturers, or Plastic Manufacturing Sectors.
Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Plastic Processing Technology (Graduation).
Travel: Up to 75% travel required for customer visits and Business Development.
