Responsibilities:

-Report to the Finance Manager and provide guidance to Accounts Assistant

-Outgoing payment check before submitting for approval and to check and ensure journal entry properly record in company book.

-Liaise with Tax agent for company Corporate Income Tax computation and to assist on other tax matters. (eg.S45 withholding tax)

-Perform monthly CO costing closing process using SAP system.

-To assist on monthly management report analysis and prepare monthly management report

-Review and submit GST to IRAS quarterly and to assist Finance Manager on interim and year end audit matters.

-Assist Finance Manager on coordination work, stock take reconciliation and perform annual physical stock count activities.

Requirements:

-Diploma, Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any equivalent discipline.

-Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in full set accounting, manufacturing costing and SAP is required.

-Applicants with supervisory background plus point.

-Working experience in manufacturing industry preferred

-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Proficiency in SAP accounting system preferred.

-High responsibility, team player, good initiative and possess good interpersonal skills.
