Quality Control Supervisor

 Job Description:

Job Responsibilities: Master the basic skills for identifying the quality of fresh fruits and vegetables, and accurately assess product freshness, specifications, and other quality indicators.

Responsible for inspecting incoming fruit and vegetable raw materials; strictly follow inspection procedures based on established standards and promptly report inspection results and abnormalities.

Conduct routine inspections of in-stock products, regularly check for quality issues during storage (e.g., spoilage, deterioration), and intercept substandard products to prevent them from being distributed.

Supervise sorting operations, verify the quality of sorted products, and ensure that delivered items meet quality standards.

Assist in handling quality issues and defective batches; proactively communicate with relevant parties to resolve problems and minimize quality risks.

Coordinate with all stages of the supply chain (suppliers, purchasing, quality inspection, sorting, warehousing, logistics, etc.) to track and promote continuous improvement in end-to-end quality management.

Perform other supply chain and fresh product quality-related tasks as assigned by management.

Core Requirements:

1.At least 2 years of frontline experience inspecting fresh fruits and vegetables; familiar with quality control standards and procedures

2.The Supervisor must have team management experience and the ability to develop SOPs; Specialists should demonstrate strong execution skills

Work Schedule:

6 days on, 1 day off (rotating shifts)

Shift options: 10:0019:00 or 18:0003:00 (night shift)

Night shift frequency: More frequent during the initial stage; once the team is fully staffed, each person will work 12 night shifts per week

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Educational background in Food Science or Agronomy

2. HACCP or other relevant quality certification holders are a plus
