Job Description:
Duties & responsibilities
- Responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth production operation of day-to-day activities including:
- Reporting to Production Executive & Assistant Manager, Manufacturing
- Create the Production report and process after received PO from Planning team
- Generate all Sales order & Production summary job order & cartooning report form SAP System.
- Complete a production order in SAP , to generate a production order report, material document report,
- Compile the production report and enter production confirmation , raw material , packaging , the quantity produced and the production date, labor hour
- Close Production order in SAP , ensure all Production order , full set completed , close in SAP and posting complete report .
- Generate an inventory report during Stock take , involve in Packaging material stock take.
- Work closely with Production supervisor to ensure all data are accuracy , conduct the stock take every month end .
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including production reports, inventory records, and quality control documents.
- Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and reporting discrepancies.
- Coordinate production schedules, including creating and updating production plans, and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, including electronic and paper-based files.
- Monitor and ensure to meet On-time-Production and efficiency. Monitor accuracy of production schedule and daily output.
- Work closely with QA on Mock recall activate to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Monitoring the Near Expire Stock for production &updated at Share file.
- Provide administrative support to the production team, including preparing production ISO, SOP WI documents, coordinating meetings, and arranging training sessions.
- Source and identify potential and evaluate suppliers
- Request quotation and raise a Purchase Requisition (PR)
- Get approval from the relevant authority, such as a manager or supervisor
- Update inventory records to reflect the receipt of the consumable item, including the quantity, unit price, and total cost.
- Store the item in a designated area, such as a warehouse , to ensure easy access and minimize damage.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to ensure that the consumable item is available when needed and to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Monitor inventory turnover to ensure that the consumable item is being used efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor the stockout rate to ensure that the consumable item is available when needed.
- Monitor supplier performance, including delivery time, quality, and customer service.
- Provide administrative support to the production team, order Consumable Item, office supplies, including stationery, printing supplies, and equipment
