 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Key supporting role in enhancing end-user experience by working closely with both customer service and handset logistics teams.
  • Be involved in end-to-end service fulfilment processes, ensuring smooth coordination across departments to support frontline operations.
  • Perform handset activation, device provisioning, and configuration in line with company procedures, ensuring devices are fully operational and compliant before handover.
  • Provide after-hours remote support by responding promptly to customer requests and urgent cases, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating technical issues when needed, with occasional availability required outside standard working hours.
  • Collaborate with IT Support to troubleshoot and escalate technical issues, maintaining accurate records and documentation for all activated devices.
  • Guide customers through initial device setup and usage as needed, while verifying customer information and handling required documentation.
  • Meet service delivery timelines, uphold data privacy and safety standards, maintain an organized workspace, and prepare regular progress reports for supervisors.
  • Assist walk-in customers by addressing their handset, product, and service inquiries, providing guidance and basic troubleshooting. Handle feedback or complaints professionally, escalating when needed. Support the Customer Service team as backup during peak times or after-hours.
  • Undertake any other duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor or management, as required, to support operational needs.

Requirement

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level /NITEC/ Diploma with experience in mobile phone activation or service provisioning (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and entry.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional and calm when managing difficult situations or customer complaints.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • A team player with a strong customer-focused mindset.
