We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our laboratory and analytical equipment portfolio in Vietnam. You will work with internationally recognized manufacturers and engage with customers across food, manufacturing, research, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for growing sales and leading customer engagement activities across Vietnam. Key duties include:
- Driving market penetration and developing sales pipelines
- Exploring new applications and identifying untapped industries
- Managing full sales cycles: lead generation, quotations, negotiations, and order closing
- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Supporting hands-on product activities such as demos, seminars, and technical visits
- Coordinating with principals and internal teams on strategic market initiatives
- Using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and account management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Natural Sciences, or related fields
- Experience in B2B sales of technical or capital equipment
- Professional and structured sales approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
