Maintenance Manager (Plant)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

Mechanical Asset Integrity

  • Lead integrity management of rotating equipment and static equipment.
  • Develop and implement inspection and maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee failure investigations, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning.
  • Manage risk-based inspection (RBI) programs and ensure timely execution of integrity assessments.

Electrical, Instrumentation & Analyzer Support

  • Provide technical oversight for electrical and instrumentation systems, including process analyzers.
  • Collaborate with E&I teams to ensure integrated asset performance and reliability.
  • Support troubleshooting and optimization of analyzer systems to maintain data accuracy and operational safety.

Strategy & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain the Asset Integrity Management System aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, international codes (API, ASME, IEC), and HSSEQ standards.
  • Manage Management of Change (MOC) processes for equipment upgrades and modifications.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians across mechanical, E&I, and inspection disciplines.
  • Drive a culture of proactive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to align asset integrity goals with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in asset integrity or plant reliability, with strong exposure to rotating and static equipment
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and process analyzers
  • Familiarity with API, ASME, IEC, and local regulatory standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
