Maintenance Manager (Plant)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
Mechanical Asset Integrity
- Lead integrity management of rotating equipment and static equipment.
- Develop and implement inspection and maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee failure investigations, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning.
- Manage risk-based inspection (RBI) programs and ensure timely execution of integrity assessments.
Electrical, Instrumentation & Analyzer Support
- Provide technical oversight for electrical and instrumentation systems, including process analyzers.
- Collaborate with E&I teams to ensure integrated asset performance and reliability.
- Support troubleshooting and optimization of analyzer systems to maintain data accuracy and operational safety.
Strategy & Compliance
- Develop and maintain the Asset Integrity Management System aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international codes (API, ASME, IEC), and HSSEQ standards.
- Manage Management of Change (MOC) processes for equipment upgrades and modifications.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians across mechanical, E&I, and inspection disciplines.
- Drive a culture of proactive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to align asset integrity goals with business objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in asset integrity or plant reliability, with strong exposure to rotating and static equipment
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and process analyzers
- Familiarity with API, ASME, IEC, and local regulatory standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
