Inisde Sales & Account Relationship Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales (New Customers)
- Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound leads, cold calls, and outreach
- Conduct customer calls to assess needs and generate qualified opportunities
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the Sales team
- Manage and nurture leads using CRM and sales platforms
- Work closely with Marketing, BI/BA, and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Account Relationship Management (Existing Customers)
- Manage and grow relationships with key and house account customers
- Act as the main point of contact for contract and vehicle-related matters
- Address customer issues promptly to ensure smooth leasing experiences
- Identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional fleet services
- Ensure customers understand lease terms, compliance, and contract requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and secure appointments
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Good time management and ability to manage multiple leads and accounts
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
- Knowledge of automotive, leasing, or fleet services is an advantage
