Responsibilities

• Software Administrator Conduct maintenance on existing/ new software used by business. Ensuring optimal operation via version upgrading and regular backup of database.
• Project Management Manage project scoping, planning, customization, and UAT, including identifying project requirements, timeline and milestones.
• Asset Management Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT device, server and network equipment. Tracking of all disposal certificates for any disposal of storage media.
• Documentation & Training - Create detailed documentation for all software deployments and conduct on-site training sessions for staff, empowering them to utilise new software effectively
• IT Helpdesk Support Deliver HelpDesk services such as configuring new laptops, setting up user accounts across different software and providing day-to-day troubleshooting of basic IT issues. Assist with any on-premises infrastructure support for as required.
• Collaboration with External Parties - Communicate and work closely with contractors, third-party service providers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.
• Administrative Facilitate to prepare and submit invoices from vendors for payment and maintaining records of invoice submitted.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline with 1 to 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Proactive and independent, capable of managing stress to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, capable of breaking down technical information for non-technical audiences
• Basic Knowledge of python programming language is a plus.
