ROLE PURPOSE: 

The Sales Product Specialist will be responsible for driving sales for the assigned product portfolio. Working closely with Regional Product Managers, the role will focus on building strong customer relationships, offering consultative sales support, and ensuring effective product knowledge transfer to the channel partners.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and Healthcare Professionals by deliver product training, clinical education, to healthcare professionals and channel partners.
• Support product launches and promotional activities in collaboration with Product Managers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform commercial strategies.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Uphold compliance with company policies, industry standards, and ethical practices.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree business or Life Science with minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Devices, specifically in advanced wound care/ proxima.
• Demonstrated ability to provide consultative sales support and training to channel partners.
• Proven track record in achieving sales growth and targets.
• Ability to sell effectively utilizing sales strategies to different levels within customer organization.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic market environment.
