About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the sales team. As the Sales Manager, they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the forklift and industrial equipment sector. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong sales leadership skills and a passion for technical sales.
Responsibilities:>
- Lead the sales department to achieve or exceed set sales targets.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Design and implement scalable sales strategies.
- Create sales forecasts and analyze performance using CRM and MS Office tools.
- Analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:>
- 5-8 years in technical/industrial sales (preferably in forklifts or heavy equipment)
- Demonstrated track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Proven ability to lead a sales team
- Top-performing commission-based sales professionals aspiring to step into a managerial role are encouraged to apply
- Excellent in both Thai and English, both (read / write / speak and listen)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools and SAP
