Job Title: HR Business Partner
Were looking for a passionate HR Business Partner Regional to drive people strategies, support business growth, and create an engaging workplace culture across the regional operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional HR Head in implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR plans with organizational goals.
- Lead recruitment and selection to attract and retain top talent.
- Execute talent management, learning, and employee engagement programs.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, global standards, and local regulations.
- Support HR team development and promote a safe, positive work environment.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
- At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a regional or multi-country role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with modern HR practice
