Customer Service Officer

 Job Description:

CLIENT PROFILE: A leading multinational agribusiness company delivering premium fresh produce and food solutions across global markets, known for operational excellence and strong regional presence.

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

Work Schedule: Normal dayshift

Work Location: Makati

Drive customer satisfaction and market performance by managing orders, forecasts, and supply chain coordination to ensure on-time, in-full delivery across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned markets, managing customer queries, orders, and correspondence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Capture and manage demand forecasts and customer orders within the supply chain system
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment through close coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams
  • Monitor end-to-end order flow from production to shipment to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
  • Support inventory management at source and in-market; proactively communicate excess stock and minimize SLOB
  • Generate and analyze inventory and performance reports to support decision-making
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams
  • Maximize the use of SAP, Blue Yonder, and Power BI to enhance reporting and data visibility

  • Fill rate and service level performance
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Sales performance of assigned markets
  • Effective inventory management (source and in-market)
  • Strong stakeholder and customer relationships

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, account management, or sales within FMCG
  • Strong background in inventory management, demand planning, forecasting, logistics, and distribution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse markets and cultures
  • Highly results-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, and Power BI is highly preferred
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
