Work Setup: Daily Onsite

Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri and 8am - 12nn Saturday

Work Location: Kalawaan, Pasig

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day monitoring of Online Fulfillment Operations.
• Ensure timely processing of online orders from pick and pack to dispatch.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely system processes.
• Drive growth and efficiency by collaborating with manpower providers and delivery service providers.
• Coordinate with clients for fulfillment concerns and updates.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse Operations for fulfillment processing concerns.
• Handle and evaluate Online Fulfillment personnel.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports for Online Fulfillment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Bachelors degree graduate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor.
• MUST HAVE experience in E-commerce operations (similar to Lazada/Shopee).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and flexibility to adapt to changes.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK DAILY ONSITE (Mon-Fri and half day Saturday) in Pasig.
