LEARNING OBJECTIVES FOR HR INTERNS (Recruitment)
- At the end of this internship, the student/s will learn different facets of human resources, work environments, and organizational cultures.
- S/He will learn to interact with diverse personalities and assist s/he in determining if well – suited to career opportunities in this field.
JOB ANALYSIS:
- Understand the job description/s per search project
- Understand the preferences of hiring manager/s, stakeholder/s for each search project
- Perform Job Analysis, Initial Interviews
SELECTION:
- Participate in Job Interviews
- Administer Employment Test/s (if needed)
- Screen Job Applications
- Post Job Opportunities to several Job Portals, Social Media sites through ATS
RECRUITING:
- Source for potential candidates using several sourcing grounds
- Facilitate interview schedules with potential candidates
ONBOARDING:
- Assist in managing expectations of each successful hire of the Company
- Assist in the onboarding activities for all successful hires of the Company
- Assist in the completion of onboarding requirements of each successful hire of the Company
