Corporate Services Group Supervisor

 Job Description:

Client Profile: A leading multinational agribusiness company delivering premium fresh produce and food solutions across global markets, known for operational excellence and strong regional presence.

WORK SETUP: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

Work Location: Makati

Work Schedule: normal dayshift work

Drive seamless operations by managing import documentation, permits, and government coordination—ensuring compliant, on-time business execution.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Liaison Management

  • Act as the primary liaison with government agencies, brokers, service providers, and business partners
  • Process permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements across multiple agencies
  • Represent the organization in official transactions, submissions, and follow-ups

Importation & Documentation

  • Oversee end-to-end import documentation and customs clearance processes
  • Ensure accurate, timely preparation and submission of documents for shipments (air and sea)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate and complete requirements
  • Monitor shipment arrivals and provide timely updates

Compliance & Records Management

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of permits, applications, and regulatory documents
  • Track validity, renewals, and compliance timelines
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations

Administrative & Corporate Support

  • Manage administrative transactions including document processing and corporate errands
  • Handle Goods Received (GR) processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal) with administrative requirements

Mailroom & Logistics Oversight

  • Supervise incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and packages
  • Ensure efficient routing, tracking, and delivery of correspondence
  • Maintain a secure, organized, and compliant mailroom environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in administrative coordination, importation, or government liaison work
  • Strong knowledge of permit processing and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Professional and confident in dealing with government agencies and external stakeholders
