Requirements

• Age 21+
• University graduates or undergraduates
• Fluent English communication skills
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a professional appearance and attitude
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible to work rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Present and explain product features, benefits, and available options clearly.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Maintain a professional presence and ensure the store area is properly represented.
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat engagement.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position
• 7–8 working hours per day
• Rotational shifts
• 1 rotational day off per week
• Work location: Stores inside malls
