Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, supervise warehouse activities, and ensure efficient stock handling and accurate inventory records. Strong experience in the textile or fashion industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Organize warehouse space and maintain proper storage procedures.
• Use Odoo to manage inventory transactions and track stock movements.
• Prepare and update inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse staff and distribute daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and operational standards.
• Coordinate with management to improve warehouse efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Maximum age: 45 years.
• Strong experience in textile, clothing, or fashion warehouses.
• Strong proficiency in Odoo for warehouse and inventory management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage warehouse activities efficiently and maintain accurate records.
