Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle mechanical and electrical issues.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare technical reports.
- Monitor workshop operations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
- Assist in implementing engineering improvements and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate (0–2 years of experience).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and maintenance.
- Good understanding of automotive engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
- Residency in or near 6th of October City is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or training experience in automotive workshops or service centers.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or engineering software is an advantage.
