Key Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle mechanical and electrical issues.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare technical reports.
• Monitor workshop operations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
• Assist in implementing engineering improvements and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate (0–2 years of experience).
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and maintenance.
• Good understanding of automotive engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
• Residency in or near 6th of October City is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or training experience in automotive workshops or service centers.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or engineering software is an advantage.
