Odoo Implementer
Job Description:
We are hiring an Odoo Implementer to translate business requirements into configured, tested, and adopted Odoo solutions. You will own discovery, module configuration, data migration, testing, and end-user enablement across multi-module rollouts. The role directly impacts process automation, system adoption, and delivery success.

Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions and workshops to gather and document business requirements and workflows.
- Configure and implement core Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and MRP.
- Prepare and execute UAT, manage fixes, and handle change requests.
- Migrate and validate master data including partners, products, chart of accounts, and opening balances.
- Build reports, dashboards, and light customizations using Odoo Studio or QWeb as needed.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party tools and APIs such as payment, e-commerce, logistics, or BI systems.
- Train users, create SOPs and quick guides, and support hyper-care post go-live.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Odoo solutions.
- Strong configuration experience across at least three core Odoo modules.
- Solid understanding of accounting basics, inventory flows, and approval workflows.
- Experience with data migration, UAT, and issue triage and resolution.
- Very good English with ability to lead demos and write clear documentation.
- Familiarity with Python, QWeb, PostgreSQL or SQL, Odoo.sh, Git, and delivery tools is a plus.
- Odoo certifications are an advantage.
