Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange fresh flowers, bouquets, and decorative floral designs.
• Assist customers in choosing flowers and gifts.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants.
• Handle customer orders for events and special occasions.
• Manage inventory and order new flower supplies when needed.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process payments and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of flowers and plant care.
• Creativity and an eye for design.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy seasons.
• Previous experience in floral design or retail is preferred.
