Personnal Assistant

 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant to the Chief Destination Officer to provide full executive, administrative, and coordination support. The ideal candidate will be mature, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of supporting C-level executives within a fast-paced real estate or destination development environment.

This role requires excellent business English, strong communication skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth daily operations and timely follow-up on key business matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full executive and administrative support to the Chief Destination Officer.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, appointments, and daily schedules.
  • Prepare professional business correspondence, reports, presentations, and emails in English.
  • Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, document key discussion points, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, senior stakeholders, and external business partners.
  • Track assigned tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and reporting.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive business matters with the highest level of discretion.
  • Support ongoing real estate, destination development, and operational projects.
  • Organize and maintain reports, presentations, documentation, and executive office records.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between the Chief Destination Officer and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of total experience in executive assistance, administration, or office management.
  • Recent experience supporting C-level executives is a must.
  • Previous experience within the real estate, development, hospitality, or destination management sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong business English communication skills, preferably B2–C1 level.
  • Excellent email writing, reporting, and professional communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and strong follow-up capabilities.
  • Ability to relocate and work primarily from the Red Sea area.
  • Mature, committed, presentable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
